All products are subject to availability. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you and refund any payment received for the cancelled item.

Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you place your order.

You can pay using the payment methods available at checkout.

If a material pricing or product error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a product without your agreement.

Shipping

We deliver within Pakistan. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, followed by 3–5 business days for delivery to major cities or 5–7 business days to remote areas.

Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. We will accommodate your request where the order’s processing status allows.

Once an order has been dispatched, please follow our Return & Refund Policy.

If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items. If we cancel the entire order, we will also refund the shipping charge.
