Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Our business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Times

After dispatch, delivery normally takes:

  • Major cities: 3–5 business days.
  • Remote areas: 5–7 business days.

Including processing, estimated delivery is 4–7 business days for major cities and 6–9 business days for remote areas.

Delivery times are estimates. Public holidays, weather conditions, and courier disruptions may cause delays.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping costs PKR 300 per order within Pakistan. This charge is displayed at checkout before you place your order.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be shared when available. You can also contact us with your order number for a delivery update.

Delivery Information

Please provide your complete address and an active phone number. Contact us promptly if you need to correct your details. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If the courier cannot serve your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or cancel the order and refund any payment received.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

For damaged or incorrect items, please share your order number and clear photos so we can help resolve the issue.
